be careful.... when the box arrived is fine when it doesn't they put the blame on everyone else, is been 8 weeks and i haven't got my box yet.. they keep saying is not their fault the box was sent.... if it doesn't arrived well bad luck
Never received april box, we are in july in 2 days
Sent 34 emails to their so called customer support, each time an automatic answer telling the exact same lies : please wait 2 more weeks and we will do something.
After 5, then 6, then 8, then 10 weeks
Then asked to wait till 22Th june,
then asked to wait one more week till 29th
Then they just say we are sorry, wait
Lol 3 monthes, its been lost or stolen, they dont care, donc offer any help or any support, avoid them because if u dont receive ur box ur screwed.

Lovely presentation, but a little underwhelming was expecting a little bit more variation 3 different kitkat versions? 2 biscuit types and 2 crisp types sugar sweets look like they from a pick and mix.
This company has to improve its selection.

Comfort Jap snack for everyone! Nothing to say because the box is really good! I recommend that everyone try this!
Tokyo treat is great. Fantastic selection of snacks, fast delivery and for a good price. It’s a subscription I’ll definitely be keeping and a must for fans of Japanese treats.
It is amazing! My family and I love opening these together every month and trying the different treats. It brings us all together and we have a blast!
Its a really good way to enjoy japanese foods especially if you dont have access to any stalls that sell them, they handpick all the snacks I love em!!

I got billed on October 2020, havent gotten the box yet and it has been over half a year already.
The customer service has responded and apologized me once, 2 other times they just ignored me and the tickets were marked as solved without even giving me a reply.
I cannot get a refund either because I've cancelled the subscription after the billing happened.
They just straight up take your money and leave you hanging. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!
Edit: Now I have received a reply from support, saying that I need to pay them extra 12euros to provide the shipping costs in addition the 5euros that was paid already on October as ''Temporary shipping fee'' Refund is still not an option.
A creative service for me. I haven't tried this out, but would want to in the future!

Do you mean the Mikan Kit-Kat? Those ones are amazing, but they're made from seasonal Mikan mandarins, so they won't be popping up again until early 2020. We might not even get them in a box, but you should be able to buy them from their site directly. That's what I'll be doing.

It is one of the worst ones out there. If anything goes wrong they refuse any sort of customer service. No refunds, no placements even if the box never arrives.

100% legit. Depending on where you live it might take longer to ship to you but I have always received my boxes in a few weeks.

Very difficult, as well as pointless. They have various ways of contacting them, but often ignore them. Once you contact them, they will lie to you repeatedly.

Easy, but don't expect them to actually be helpful. You'll just get one of the same five robot responses over and over.

I saw a review on YouTube by Timmy Timato and he really loved what was in the box. So much so that he also accepted their sponsorship two more times. I can see why since they give quite a bit in their boxes and have so many interesting and tasty treats. I prefer to buy from a company that has been honestly reviewed and Recommend as worth giving a try. Timmy is very honest so I ordered from them.

TokyoTreat has reasonable prices, and a very user friendly interface. I don't know of many similar businesses, but none that I know of are as high quality as TokyoTreat
